The place was nice. My room thisntime had no nonwasher and dryer. The sauna once again didn't work, but we made the stay worth it. Very nice 7 days here. Everest, the worker was very cool....offering lots of options to get into in the area...

Everything about the room was amazing and super easy check in. Must take the free gondola ride up the hill and grab a hot chocolate from the Ritz.
Stayed during mid-August. It was a great location. They even had live music in the afternoon in the village! The rooms were decorated nicely and very spacious. I would highly recommend!
Our stay was in a two bedroom in September 2025. It was absolutely incredible. Traveled with my 2 month old, 4 and 6 year olds. Clean rooms, really good service, everyone super friendly and kind. Unit was huge, clean, well stocked and quiet. We love Tahoe in the off season, and will absolutely be coming back! The woman (i can’t remember her name) in the activity center was so amazing with my children!
Cannot fault this place. The two bed, two bath villa was exceptional. The attention to detail from the reception desk with lists of restaurants and things to do was very helpful. Would love to visit in winter.
We had 6 in the unit and a wonderful stay. While a chair was a bit worn, Thomas was excellent in locating a more acceptable replacement. Great service. We loved the ski in ski out accessibility and access to dining and activities. Underground heated parking is a convenient perk. Robes made the short walk to the hot tub much more pleasant. I just could have used more hooks in the unit to hang clothes and ski gear. But the spacious unit provided ample storage for all of our belongings. Best were the gas fireplaces on a timer. Great ambiance and heat kick. Nice spot for a family gathering.
We stayed off season, early November. The gondola and most of the village shops don't open until the 3rd week of November for ski season. The accommodations were fantastic and service was great as well. Would definitely return.
